Lake Nona Boys Golf Score an Ultimate Victory Against Olympia High

A win was scored by the Lake Nona High school boy’s golf team on Thursday, September 24. The Lions scored 154 to 165 against the Olympia High School Titans. The course was tough according to the players and their coach, Mr. Justin Johnson. Despite the slight struggle, the lions  beat the Olympia Titans by eleven strokes. Many athletes led the team to their victory on the course. The two sophomore athletes that led the team to their ultimate victory were Diego Passos and Andrew Wexler. First year freshman, Will Browning, scored a 44 in the match. Senior Reinaldo Simoni and sophomore Ludwig Franzen, scored a 40 at the end of the match as well. These boys did a great job scoring an ultimate victory of 154 points against Olympia, who scored 165 points. The Lions will move on 2-2 and play their next match on Monday, September 28th against The First Academy at Falcon’s Fire Golf.
